The Australian Open finalists, who won the ATP 250 in Buenos Aires, next meet Marcelo Arevalo and Mate Pavic in the last four.
Top seeds Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos also advanced with a 6-2, 7-6(4) victory against Monte-Carlo champions Sander Gille and Joran Vliegen. The Spanish-Argentine team, which won Rome in 2020, will clash against Alexander Bublik and Ben Shelton, both Top 20 singles players in the PIF ATP Rankings, in the semi-finals.
